Terms & Conditions:

  1. To Register simply click the “LOGIN” button on the upper right corner on the main menu, use your email and create a password then click the Register button you will be redirected to “MY ACCOUNT” page. On your Dashboard under “My Account” click “Account Details” there you can write your Name and Last name (you can change your password if you like), then go to “Addresses” under you Dashboard and click the “Edit” button for billing address, fill in all your information and hit the “SAVE ADDRESS” button. Go back to “Addresses” and click the “Edit” button under Shipping Address again fill in all the information and hit the “SAVE ADDRESS” button, congratulations you are now a register member of SHOP AND AUCTION SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE.
  2. How to Buy:
    To buy is a very simple process, go to the Shop page and click on the Bird you like. To buy click the “ADD TO CART” button, now the item has been added to your cart. Go to the right top on the menu and click on the “Cart” there you can “VIEW CART” and complete the “CHECKOUT” process. You have to create an account and Login to be able to proceed.
  3. How to bid, to place a bid you have to Login (you need to register before you can login).
    Carefully review the listing.
    Enter your maximum Bid amount, Click the “Bid” button. You need to be logged.
    Repeat the process (Bid Again) if you’ve been outbid. Everyone wants to win an auction, but only at the right price. Bidding is fun, but keep in mind that each bid you make is a binding contract to buy the lot if you win.
  4. Using the Proxy Bid function, when you place a bid, you enter the maximum amount you’re willing to pay for the lot. The seller and other bidders don’t know your maximum bid. We place bids on your behalf using the automatic bid increment amount, which is based on the current high bid. We increase your bid only as much as necessary to make sure that you remain the high bidder, or to meet the reserve price, up to your maximum amount. If another bidder places the same maximum bid or higher, we notify you so you can place another bid. Your maximum bid is kept confidential until it is exceeded by another bidder.
  5. Checkout Process, once the auction has ended and you’re the winner it will show you the “Pay Now” button, click on it to proceed to the checkout page and complete the checkout process, if you want the item Shipped to a different address, check the box next to “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?” and fill in your information you can also leave an Order Note with more information for delivery. On your right side you will see YOUR ORDER, make sure every thing is correct, accept the terms & conditions (check-mark), then click on the “PROCEED TO PAYPAL” button to complete the order.
  6. POSTING RULES AND COSTS:
    We charge at the moment $0 insert fee per lot. This applies to lots for Sale and Auction lots. P&B RACING PIGEONS deducts the $0 from the money the seller receives for selling the bird. The seller is entitled to run each lot 1 additional time (1 additional Week) if it does not sale after the first posting. After that, the $0 insert fee will be charged to the seller’s credit card on file whether the bird or lot sells or not.
    Sellers are required to pay P&B RACING PIGEONS a 15% of total sale on the for Sale and/or Auction lots. On Auction lots with winning bids of $100 or higher (This does not include the 4.5% collection fee) the insert fee of $0 will be excluded.
    P&B RACING PIGEONS collects all money from buyers at the end of the auction or sale, we charge a 4.5% collection fee (Credit card transactions).
    Seller’s can not use their seller’s checks to pay for lots bid on/or purchased by them.
  7. BUYER’S ENTITLE TO REFUND:
    If the buyer is not satisfied with the lot or bird/s purchased, the buyer is entitled a refund (buyer must return the lot and request a refund upon arrival of purchased lot). Buyer must be refunded the winning bid amount. Shipping is non-refundable (no exceptions). Buyer is to contact P&B RACING PIGEONS for a refund. Once the seller has been paid for the lot, P&B RACING PIGEONS is not responsible for refunds. It is then up to the buyer and seller to negotiate any refund.
  8. SELLERS ARE TO REFUND:
    All sellers are to give a full refund in the amount of the winning bid (shipping is non-refundable) if buyer is unsatisfied with the lot purchased. If the seller is unable to ship the lot please contact P&B RACING PIGEONS. If sellers have been paid, the seller is responsible to give the buyer a full refund for the lot purchased. If sellers have not been paid, P&B RACING PIGEONS will refund the buyer the full amount of the lot purchased. Sellers are not required to pay the insert fee or collection fee if unable to ship lot due to the post office. If the seller does not ship lots in a timely fashion and the buyer wants a refund due to not receiving the lot, it is the seller’s responsibility to refund the buyer full shipping plus price of lot. P&B RACING PIGEONS will not refund the seller’s insert fee due to seller not shipping a lot in a timely fashion. INSERT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PIGEON SALES.
